NorthRidge Village, managed by David Brennan, is a rental community in transition. Formerly Curd Trailer & RV Park, NorthRidge Village is transitioning over the next decade from a focus on mobile homes to a focus on modern, attractive tiny homes. We are transitioning from a declining mobile home park into a vibrant tiny home village. Current residents are not being moved out. We are simply transitioning as space becomes available as residents move on.

Our first seven new tiny homes are in the works! They are all on the property, and we have begun building out the interior of our first new tiny home, the Hemingway. Feel free to drop by and have a look at our tiny homes in the works. The new tiny homes are situated on unused spaces while we work on them and will be transported to their final sites for occupancy as they are completed.

All of our tiny homes rent fully furnished, including everything from dishes and cookware to an HDTV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. Each has a washer and dryer, and some have soaker tubs or jetted tubs. Some even have dish washers! All utilities are paid, including basic cable and high-speed Internet. One simple payment for everything you need. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush!
